Refund policy
Last updated: June 2026
If LidRun is not right for you, we want returning it to be simple. Here is exactly how our refunds work.
14-day refund, no hoops
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to explain yourself or jump through hoops. If LidRun did not fit your workflow, that is reason enough.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through Polar, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. The refund itself is handled by Polar and their payment processors, not by us directly.
What happens to your license
After a refund, your license is switched off in your account, and online activation checks will stop validating it. In honesty: if your Mac already holds an offline activation token, we cannot remotely kill that token, but the regular online checks enforce the refund, so the license will not keep working normally.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your purchase address with your order number or the email you used at checkout. Just say you would like a refund. That is all we need.
Processing time
We confirm refunds quickly, usually within two business days. Once Polar processes it, the money typically returns to your card within a few business days, depending on your bank.
Request a refund
Send us the details below and we will reply by email. We do not auto-charge or auto-revoke anything; a person reviews every request.
Refund questions
How long do I have to ask for a refund?
You have 14 days from your purchase date. Within that window a full refund is yours, no questions asked.
Do I need a reason?
No. A reason helps us improve, but it is never required. If LidRun did not fit your setup, that is enough.
When will I get my money back?
We confirm the refund quickly, usually within two business days. Polar then returns the money to your original payment method, which can take a few more business days depending on your bank.
What happens to my license?
After the refund your license is switched off and online checks stop validating it. If your Mac already holds an offline token, we cannot remotely kill it, but the normal online checks enforce the refund.
